i use either acid 4 or creative wave maker. pm me and give me your email i can send you the wave maker, it simple to use and its a small program so it wont take much time to send/ recieve and you dont have to install it for it to work. it works with several sound formats.

^^ I was just gonna mention that. Wavepad is the best. Free, easy to use. You can crop whatever part of the song you want, save it as whatever format you want, you can make it fade in, fade out, amplify the volume... it's simply the best.

I use phonezoo as well. I like that you can download the ringtones from anywhere. Before I had a memory card it saved space on my phone to keep most of my tones I wasn't using on phonezoo.
Life is like a movie, you've sat through half of it and its sucked so far, it probably isn't gonna get great right at the end to make it all worthwhile. you shouldn't get blamed for walking out early

I use a program called MiniRingTone. I believe it was a one time charge of 14.99
Let's me download any song from my library, then I can cut any part I want for my ringtone and send it to my phone for download.

    I religiously use Mobile17.com

U upload your .mp3 and tell them what song time to start at and how many seconds and let them do the rest.
