Can't find ringtones that have been downloaded

I am new to this forum, but have lurked here for a couple days and have not found a solution to my dilemma - hopefully someone can help.

I have purchased ringtones where the download links were sent to my blackberry (Nextel -7100i OS 4.1). When I click the link and "get link", my blackberry gives me the message "File already downloaded" - I just cannot figure out where they are downloaded to, or how to access them to be able to save them as ringtones. Can anyone Help me??

try going to your profile on your 7100i and go to advanced options within your profile and slelct phone and see if you can change your ringtone that way

Thanks, I tried that, selecting "phone" under each of my profiles, and I don't have "advanced options" available on any menu within my profiles.
