7520 wav file app

I am looking for an application to play wav. files that I have received in an e-mail
this is my first time posting on anything like this I would appreciate your help

First of all greetings!

I've searched and search www.handango.com a solution. No luck. May want to send RIM and email or start a petition and post here for all to sign. Maybe RIM will action. That method worked for the petition for mac started by a PINStack member.

thpsrulr, Welcome to PinStack. I have heard rumors of this being possible with some installations using BES, but am not sure how widespread it is nor what devices it will work with. I have not heard of anything that will allow it on Non BES connected devices.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~it is my understanding that with the new software release (V4.1.0.380 Platform 1.6.0.12) that just came out it is now an option. I have it installed but yet to test it.

I just thought I would throw this out there as an FYI and am curious if anyone has heard the same or different and if it is true has it worked for you?

FYI...as far as I can tell...I have yet to be able to play wav files on the BB7520 with the new software version.

Yeah i have the newest software on my bb 7520 as well and cannot find any option to play .wav files. When I open an email with a .wav file on it, there still isn't an option to "open attachment" like the others (.doc, .xls, .pdf, etc).

On the 7520 you cant play wav file, sorry.

have a 7520 and dont have an open attachment option for jpgs. i have the built in pictures from the picture application but can open jpg attachments to add them to the picture apllication. clear as mud i know... i just want to add my own pics!

4.1 i have a pic icon w limited options. i saw a point by point step guide but now cannot fin on the stack. can you help? tried also to send pics as attachmentsand in the doc itself.
