I have a 7100i from Nextel. I have been trying to download and install ringtones, themes and backgrounds. I have the latest version of the software on my phone and pc. I do not have internet on my phone so I am trying to load them via usb cable. I loaded a couple of themes and they show up in my application loader but I cannot see them on my phone. I reset the applications on the phone to allow and did a reboot but they did not show up to be able to activate. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have plazmic theme reader? Silly question, but you have to start at the bottom.

You have to also install thr plasmatic theme reader if you don't have that installed they will never appear on your theme list. And also sometimes it requiers a reboot after installing them. From what I have expeirienced.

Almost any theme you dl will have a copy with it or just search for it on google
