    BB 7250 Verizon WR - Broswer Service Book

    Hey pinstack! A BB newbie here, my company gave me a BB 7250 with Verizon and when I try and use the web browser i get an error that says 'Your device does not currenlt have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device.' So I called verizon and they said it's not thier problem. I don't know whose probelm it is, but i want to use my browser. Please help.

    Have you tried to resend your service books to the BB? This can be done by logging into your BIS site and send them from there.

    My Company has a BES with exchange. Sorry should have clarified that.

    If you tried to send the service books and nothing happens it is possible your company has blocked your internet access.

    If they blocked it, is there any way to override it?

    If they did block it then they have a reason for that, and if you try to find a way around it you may be in trouble with them. Have you tried the service books? Have you tried to ask your work if they have it blocked. Are you on a data plan?

    I am on a data plan. Big company so no-one knows who the bbadmin is. I can't think of why they would block it. Other bb users can get to the browser.

    Call your IT help desk, Most Large companies, with large rollouts of BB devices, use the help desk to initially screen problems with the devices. At least that's the way my company does it. Not always the best solution but it seems to work.

    Does your Corporate Email work? Wireless sync with your Email Client working properly. Did you do an Enterprise Activation successfully?

    Yes, my e-mail works, and the enterprise ativation was sucessful. I just can't use the browser.
