Does the Blackberry RIM 7250 support both POP3 and IMAP email, or either one, or neither?

It supports both. Via the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) aka. BWC.

It can either sync POP or IMAP e-mail accounts or e-mails can be forwarded to it. But the web solution cannot poll Exchange server email. You'll need BES for that.

Can I set up an email account on the Blackberry itself, or do I have to hook it up to a PC to set up the email account?
