Can you explain in greater detail?

Are you connected to a corporate BES server?

If you Dial 611 on the phone do you get anything?

No I am not connected to a corporate BES server, cant dial anything, the problem comes and goes. I have had service fine for a couple of days now, but sometimes it just drops off and cant get anything at all and under network it shows "no network"

Sound like you are in a poor reception area and are having trouble keeping connection with the Carrier's tower. What does the signal strength meter read when you can't call out?

When I put my SIM card in another phone I dont have any problems at all with my signal or simply getting a network to be recognized on my phone. With the BB it wont even FIND a network let alone a signal at all..............
