    Question 7290 problem

So I Bought a 7290 via ebay that was orignally for Suncom Back east Cellular provider. I am a tmoible customer and i went to connect the phone to my service but the phone even after installing t-mobile software continued to try to bounce back to the suncom server which doesn't exist in the west were i live. It would connect to T-mobile but wouldn't last long before it would drop the network. Anyone have any solutions to my Pradicament and problem? Please let me know.

hello and welcome to the stacks...

-Try to re-register your host routing table
    -resend your service books
    -call TMo CSR

If that don't work someone will be along shortly to help you out.

Removing the battery or otherwise interupting a wipe or load preceedure is a very bad idea and potentially damaging. The 507 message indicates no operating system is installed. You can try again to load, otherwise I suggest that you need to download and run JL_CMDER (take a look at Lavas Blog for help) to wipe your device and then try to reinstall your operating system from your desktop.
