    anewmark,

Did you do a Cold Reboot (Battery Out, wait 15-30 sec, Battery Back in) after doing the OTA install?

I've put the Zen theme on my 8700g, but is there a way to adjust/set which apps are listed on the main screen? On mine, it's in alphabetical order and the apps that show are not my most used. I have to hit the last icon to gain access to my whole list of apps, and that makes this theme cumbersome at best.

If you click on the last icon on the bottom, the one with the BB symbol on it, then scroll all the way to the bottom you will see organize applications. That will be where you rearrange your icons.
