    Retrieving Pictures

There are 2 ways I know of to do this with an 8100 and a Mac:

    1) Use The Missing Sync from MarkSpace
    2) Send pictures one-by-one via Bluetooth.

Well, Missing Sync costs quite a bit of mula, and the big issue here is that she doesn't care about syncing anything, she just wants to get pictures off of her Pearl (my wife that is).

    Sending pictures ONE-BY-ONE is tedious. . . .

(Using Paralells is an 'option' BUT she doesn't have an Intel Mac)

Anyone know of an easier (or cheaper/free) way to get multiple images off of the Pearl?

If she has them on a memory card, can she just pull that and insert it into a reader?
Color---it's nothing but a hue of the rainbow...why do people place such importance in it?

No card just internal, but yeah, that'd be a good option.

Tell her to get a cheap memory card ($10)... then she can use USB Mass Storage mode and just connect the Pearl directly to the Mac and read it like a drive - no need for a reader...

Oh.. and I think you can attach up to 5 pictures to an email.. so it might save SOME time doing it that way, but for the price of a 1GB card - its the best bet..

Ok, so we got a 1GB MicroSD.

Here is another question to all you wise people.

Is there a quick way to transfer all her existing pictures to the memory card? Or even a way of deleting multiple pictures at once? I'm sure there is a way, I just can't figure it out.

Nope.. you're stuck with that one by one.. unless you put them in a folder - then you could delete (or move) the entire folder.. but if not - you're S.O.L.
