A friend of mine put together this tutorial and I thought it would be easier to find If I posted the link up here for everyone. I tried it out on a couple TV episodes I downloaded and it works like a charm.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~can you go to it from the pearl or home pc only

The site is all css/xhtml so you should have no problem viewing it on your BB.
