I use Parallels - however - I have found it easier to use it in conjunction with a Boot Camp partition to do things such as firmware installs. Since I have a business need to use Windows for things like Project and Visio it is no big deal.

For the most part I use Parallels with the Boot Camp partition inside of OS X unless I need to do a firmware upgrade in which I just boot into Windows.

I am on a BES server so I do not have a real need to use the desktop manager to sync to Outlook or Entourage. I was not impressed with PocketMac as it is flaky (only install it so I can charge the BB from OS X). Missing Sync is a good product - however - I can do virtually everything they can do natively within OS X and saw no need to give them $20 for a cross-grade.
