As you can see, this is a not-in-ear design which makes this BT extremely comfortable to wear. Weighing 8 grams, DSP and most of all programable up to 2 phone numbers for one-touch dial, this isn't a bad headset at all. With all the bluetooth headsets in the market today, believe me when I say it is always fun trying one

Above photo shows the thickness of the Motorola H9 miniBlue (left) and UFO (right).

    Talktime up to 6 hours
    Standby up to 8 days

    Hmmm... not bad at all.

Great question! When using this BT headset, you don't have to bring your volume up in order to hear the other party. Usually when I'm on a call, my settings are always medium or a little bit higher depending on where I'm at. With this, I have to use the lowest volume because it gets pretty loud. Of course, like any headsets that are in-ear design, you really can't hear the conversation. But not all consumers like their ear stuffs with something -- you know hearing humming noise and what else.

So to answer your question, yes somebody can overhear your conversation if you bring up the volume high. But when set low (to the lowest), your conversations will remain confidential.

Let me just add this, I normally (not usually) bring my volume full -- I know it is really bad, but I do this with my iPod or with my Curve. I always set it to boost the volume at highest volume. I'm not deaf but I like my music to go straight to my brain So hearing the other party with this BT at the lowest setting, is something different.
