skin that lets bold fit in OEM case

I am looking for a skin and case combo that will function together. The OEM silicon skins for Curve would allow the skinned Curve to fit into the OEM BB leather case but this doesnt work for the Bold and its OEM case. The Bold OEM case wont stretch, so its kinda tough to add a skin to the mix.

Does someone know of a case that would accept a skinned Bold?

    Thanks.

does the case have the magnet silencer, and does the bb fit with screen facing in and out?

The sleeper function works great and the Bold faces in.

Does the Seidio leather case have grooves in it for the trackball to slide into like the oem BB case?

I had the 8800 before I got the bold so I use that case instead of the OEM case that the bold came with. Now I have a black skin that can fit in the 8800 case because that case has elastic on the sides

I use a seido innocase with the original holster. It was tight at first, but not bad now.

I have the OEM case that came with my Bold. Managed to stretch the case with the skin on. Tight fitting at first. After a week or so, the leather expanded just enough I am able to take it and out easily. The Seidio case that was recommended is good to try out too.

The Seidio combo just arrived in the mail... couldnt be more disappointed. Now I have to spend to ship it back. The skin, which isnt a flexible rubber, has a very poor fit and makes battery pulls beyond annoying. Also, there is no silencing magnet feature of the case. No matter which way I put the Bold in the case, the screen remains lit.

What a waste, $55 down the drain... DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

If you are easily swayed by others on the forum, like I was, try and find one in person to see or try before you buy. The steam is rising...

I stretched the OEM case out a bit using a deck of cards or so and letting it set over night.

Every Seidio case I have owned includes the sleeper magnet. The Bold combo case is supposed to include the sleeper function per this link:
    http://www.seidioonline.com/ProductD...2DCSH2HLBB9000

this case is superior to everything else I have seen on the market (IMO) for the following reasons:
    - the case almost never scratches
    - the case does not accumulate dirt like the soft rubber cases do
    - the holster skin combo is very convenient.

How often do you need to do a battery pull? I do it once or twice a month at most.

ok, but the one that arrived on my doorstep doesnt function properly then... poor quality control

and your other points dont seem particularly relevant to my issues either. with regular use, ive never had a scratched case...i dont expose my case to dirt, so be it rubber or faux plastic-leather the case material is crap, and what do you mean convenient? its poorly built with an even worse fit. gaps around the entire setup and it creaks.

as for battery pull, thats a rim issue not seidio, but the snap together surface skin wont tolerate continuous separation and reattachment for even 1-2 times a month.
