    Looking to purchase some replacement parts for my pearl but before i buy i would like some reviews on cnn.cn they have the cheapest parts that i have seen thats why i am using them so hasty responses would be appreciated.

    I have bought many parts from him for BlackBerry, Dash, iPhone, etc etc etc.

    Have never had an issue with any purchases from him at all.

    Takes about 10 days to get the parts because they are coming from over seas, however, they are in mint OEM condition.

    They will be sealed in the box and taped up EXTREMELY WELL, so make sure you have a razor available to open them.

    Will be taped up in bubble wrap as well, with plastic protecting both sides of the screens (on housings).

    Highly recommend him.

    Also, highly recommend that he get the 8310 BLACK keypads in so I can buy them for my 8320.

    thanks for the speedy response guys i need a new trackball asap feels like i lost a limb i am in the caribbean thats where my concern came in but got a response on cnn.cn on there shipping so 2 wks i should feel whole again

    are these built as good as the blackberry parts? i'm skeptical of buying things from china now. i bought a pair of oem ipod headphones, and they were knock-off made of poor quality that didnt pass control control.
    Upgraded the BlackBerry Curve to BlackBerry Bold 12/1/08.

    BEWARE of order from cnn.cn order from Hong Kong!!!

    I ordered $60 worth of accessories from them Feb 10 and have not received my order as of today Mar 8. They failed to answer my emails, calls to Hong Kong, and claim the order got lost in the mail and will not refund my money.

    If that is not the most BOGUS BS I've ever heard, I don't know what is. Here are the emails that transpired between Steve Chan and myself. For all I know, they pocketed my money and sent out an empty package for tracking number purposes.

    I've never dealt with such poor customer service and irresponsibility by blaming the CUSTOMER for alleged USPS misplaced items.

    i am sorry to hear that. i placed a order back in 12/15 and the parts arrived here on 1/5.
    Upgraded the BlackBerry Curve to BlackBerry Bold 12/1/08.

    BEWARE of buying from Cnn.cn

    Don't loose your money by making any order to cnn.cn
    I placed an order 13. Dec. at USD 136,00, and they charged my creditcard 17. Dec.
    But they never send me the parcel. On there webpage my order says: "Processing"
    I have treid to send them emails but the never reply. I have called them, but the tel. no. don't excist anylonger.
    Please note that they also hide there address. and only show a P.O.Box.
    So I can only ask you to find another more reliable company
