    they gave me a tracking number. I look it up and it said no record of it found. but I did e-mail them and they said if I didn't get it by Nov. 30 ... to e-mail them back.

    Got my silver parts 2day(forgot bout the holiday) and a new trackball. Everything in new condition, they even sent me a free screwdriver AND pry tool. Looks great!!! ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    I still haven't gotten mine. I order new sides, a trackball and screwdriver. When did they shipped your order out?

    They are in China, so things will take longer to ship/arrive than in the States unless you are willing to pay for expedited shipping.

    As people have stated, they are responsive to e-mails, so if you continue to monitor the situation via that mode of communication, you will eventually get your parts.

    Lots of happy customers, myself included (ordered a crimson housing set for my 8310, although I still haven't had the bulbs to attempt replacing it! ).

    In the meantime, though, I found another company that, while they still ship from China, their prices are a little better than cnn.cn: www.gsm4world.us

    There out of hong kong so delivery takes some time. But they are very good easy to get ahold of. They shipped me the wrong part once. And they told me to keep the wrong part as a gift for there mistake.

    This site is a mess. I ordered parts, they charged my card. Never sent anything. Took forever to get my money back. They seemed to think it was my fault and would not do anything for me even thught they admitted that they had my money. Just glad it was a small order.

    BEWARE of order from cnn.cn order from Hong Kong!!!

    I ordered $60 worth of accessories from them Feb 10 and have not received my order as of today Mar 8. They failed to answer my emails, calls to Hong Kong, and claim the order got lost in the mail and will not refund my money.

    If that is not the most BOGUS BS I've ever heard, I don't know what is. Here are the emails that transpired between Steve Chan and myself. For all I know, they pocketed my money and sent out an empty package for tracking number purposes.

    I've never dealt with such poor customer service and irresponsibility by blaming the CUSTOMER for alleged USPS misplaced items.
