Canada Computers usually has some pretty good prices on all types of media cards. Often have some on "Clearance".

Go to www.cellphoneshop.net. They have a 2gb for $10 plus shipping. Ebay works too, but if you want it in one week vs 3, go for someplace that ships from the US. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Be wary of the cheap memory cards sold on eBay, especially ones that come from Hong Kong, as there is about a 99% chance that they are fake, and could potentially damage your phone.

I bought a 2 pack of 2 gig Sandisk cards from Overstock.com as someone above mentioned. Quick shipping, fair price, and it came from a reputable store.

There is always a chance that items on eBay are fake. I have had my micro SD card from Hong Kong for over a year now with no problems!

I understand that, but the fact that it is still more than likely fake deters me from purchasing from online retailers from Hong Kong on eBay.

A few good reads found on eBay:

    http://reviews.ebay.com/How-to-spot-...AT:-1:SEARCH:2

    http://reviews.ebay.com/FAKE-Sony-Me...00000001236041

    http://reviews.ebay.com/FAKE-SanDisk...00000001254879

I would rather spend a few extra bucks and buy from a well known retailer and get an authentic item versus saving a few bucks, and possibly getting a fake.

Understandable. There are alot of fakes on eBay. I do not see how a memory card can mess anything up though. I can understand buying a fake phone or mp3 player or something, but not memory. It either works or it doesn't

straighttrading on ebay has Sandisk 2GB, new in sealed bubble pack for $10, shipping included. they are located in CA, so it only takes like 3 days. I have bought 6-7 SD cards from them, always on the up and up

Depends on your OS. 4.2.1+ is 4gb max, 4.3+ up to 8gb and I think 4.5+ will support up to 32gb (of course those cards aren't available yet!).
