    Internal Antenna????

You've seen em...they are sticky and look like a mini circuit board....

    1- do they work?

2- where do you put them?

I just popped open the back of the Curve, an dthere was no where to put it! It says not to put it against metal, but the only flat part of the phone is where the metal is....toward the bottom of the phone....

    Re: Internal Antenna????

I have used these before on other phones and they have never really seemed to work.

As far as putting it somewhere on the Curve, try and put it on the battery cover. It seems like there would be enough room there.

Let us know how it works with the BB if you can get it on there.

Hmm...ok. This could cause a real problem for you then. Seems like it would be completely unrealistic to put it under the battery as I look at my Curve and see there is not any room. Good luck!

These are a complete waste of money. They do absolutely nothing. At first they were $10, now they're at the dollar store and even they can't sell them. BTW I"m both an electrical engineer and an electronic engineer so if you want to get into details I can do that, but if you just want to stop wasting your time and money just throw it away.

If I am not mistaken, it would go under the battery. They honestly aren't worth the money since they don't do anything. The only thing I would be concerned about it, is it would cover the RIM sticker under the battery.

Eh...no worries, I didn't spend money on it---it came with the case I bought.

I am sure about this: Remove the battery cover and take out the battery. And you should see the SIM card and Micro SD card slot. Find room somewhere there and just stick it (not on the sim card or the sd slot). I would just stick it on the inside of the battery cover.

They do not work, don't use it. Some here have found putting a square of aluminum foil between the battery and cover has improved signal strength.

Ditto. Like other people said, save your money...they just don't make any difference.

    Re: Internal Antenna????

It is supposed to add a bar to the service. Some say they work some say they don't. I've used a piece of folded up foil under the battery seemed to help a little. Keep it away from the battery connections and keep it towards the top by the antenna itself.
