Awesome! My only concern is toothpaste getting into the tiny openings on the sides of the screen cover. Anyone experience any toothpaste getting stuck in gaps?

As far as using tooth paste to polish plastics, gel works, as long as it doesn't have any micro beads in it, (like Pearl Drops does), can't have any kind of grit in it at all. If you can feel grit on your fingers, it's going to be bad for plastics over a long period of time. And that grit will get into the scratches and other creveces on the face of the phone and attract dirt.

Better to use one of the plastic scratch repair kits. And use a soft bristle tooth brush to clean the edges around the screen and keypad to get any crud that may have gotten in them out.

Holly crap! This is actually fairly old, I remeber seeing this quite a while back and there were a lot of split descsions. Some said toothpase put even more scraches over long periods of time, others swore by this method. Still wack, if any of my mates walked in on me brushing my blackberry, that would be the end. I am on it 24/7 but now on top of it, I brush it's "grill" lol, that would be one of the funniest things that happenes.
