    Does Your BlackBerry Get Skin?

I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new screen protector and hard skin for my BlackBerry Curve 8310. The notion of a scratch on that glossy screen or metallic red finish is enough to make me want to twitch. Even so, I find that I appreciate the feel and look of the Curve naked.

Any product recommendations? Does your BlackBerry get skin? Mine does!

I use these and am looking to purchase more colors soon

    http://www.t-mobile.com/shop/addons/...1-e1f1dc91bc0d

It's the 3 Pack of pink, black and white shells second from the top on the page. The file I tried to attach didn't work.

By the way, I am considering ordering more colors from shopblackberry.com but am trying to find out if they come in bundles of 3 or just individual shells.

I use best skin ever. Worked well on my pearl and my curve. Plus, it's only 6.99 for full protection.

I think my skin from BSE is arriving on Monday, and I hope it lives up to the hype! I always prefer my curve naked, but I dread the day it gets scratched, so I think this type of solution is the best of both worlds.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I use pre-cut screen protectors that I bought off of eBay from screenpatronus. I had thought about using a skin as well, but I didn't want to cover up the bright silver finish. I also carry my BB in my pocket and was afraid that the rubberized skin would make it difficult to easily pull out.

You will learn to love the BSE product. You blackberry stays nice and shiny and is protected from scratches and little nicks. Take your time and use the Credit Card squeegee idea and you will barely even be able to tell its there .

My BSE package arrived today and I've just spent about 45 minutes getting it on. Now the question is: How the hell am I supposed to wait the recommended 24 hours before powering her back on?!?

And so the long dark night begins...

You know, it wasn't easy, but 8 hours of that time was spent working, and a friend of mine flew into Honolulu, so my g/f and I spent a lot of time with her - going out to eat, visiting friends, beach etc...

When I get over this virus that has me laid up in bed, I'll write up a proper report of my BSE skin!

where do you find the BSE? I had an OEM silicone pink cover for my pearl and loved it! Now I have the curve and I got the same case and I hate it. It's not as good as the one I had for my pearl...I need something better.

I did a lot of reading on skins before deciding on exactly what I wanted to do to protect my precious Pearl. I went with the BSE for the price reason and I ordered 3 because of the free shipping. (Why not?) I will be completely honest and say that I am really happy with the way these things are holding up. I have seriously slid my Pearl across my computer desk, the kitchen table, the breakfast bar more than once without even remotely thinking that I might scratch the phone. However, no scratches to date! But March Madness is just around the corner, so we'll see how well these skins hold up after being tossed around a few bar tables, coffee tables, and plasma screen TV's.

I do also want to warn that if you are planning on putting the BSE on your phone to make a good night out of it. These skins are designed to be applied with a HUGE amount of patience. These are not something that you can slap on and go, but I did speed up the drying process a little by using a hair dryer on the low heat setting before I left for work the next morning. These are by far the coolest damn things for cell phones I've ever seen, wish I could have done the same thing to my Razr 3 years ago.
