    I bought a 2.5 to 3.5 mm adapter from amazon.com for about 5 bucks. Unfortunatly I find that you have to be careful, too much motion messes with the connection (the male pin from the headset spinning inside the female of the adapter cause crackeling).
    I may have just gotten a faulty adapter, but I don't think so. IMHO its better to just spring for a headset with a 3.5mm pin. More connections = less quality.

    Went to Verizon store yesterday. Once they understood what I was looking for, they found a package with 2 cords. One cord is 2.5 to 3.5 and the other is 3.5 to 2.5 which is what I was looking for. It is not an adapter but a cord. The retail was $12.99 or something close to that.
