    I recently ordered items on october 26th (two hard rubberized cases for my phone) and i have not received them. I contacted their customer service etc., and am awaiting a response.

    My main question is, has any other stacker dealt with thisi retailer? and if so, what was your experience like? I'm not keen on purchasing items online and am beginnign to get a bit paranoid. It has been 18 days counting today, since i placed my original order.

    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey acorn,
    Did they provide shipping confirmations with the order. If not, check your charge account and see if the charges posted. If they did, but you are unable to get information on your order see what it takes to file a claim on your credit card for non delivered merchandise.

    just wanted to update: they refunded the shipping to me and sent both cases to me asap via usps priority mail.
