    BEWARE of order from order from Hong Kong!!!


    I ordered $60 worth of accessories from them Feb 10 and have not received my order as of today Mar 8. They failed to answer my emails, calls to Hong Kong, and claim the order got lost in the mail and will not refund my money.

    If that is not the most BOGUS BS I've ever heard, I don't know what is. Here are the emails that transpired between Steve Chan and myself. For all I know, they pocketed my money and sent out an empty package for tracking number purposes.

    I've never dealt with such poor customer service and irresponsibility by blaming the CUSTOMER for alleged USPS misplaced items.

    Patience young padawan. I order internationally quite often, read: 4 or 5 times a week, and have shipments get held up in customs at least once every 2 months or so. One shipment took 3 months to clear. Any thing shipped from china is even more succeptable to customs limbo as a lot of bogus items come from there. I have done buisiness with this company before, your package will arrive, just give it some time.

    I ordered three track ball replacements from them, and it did take several weeks to get them, but they ultimately arrived.

    I'll agree that they're slow both in acting on orders and delivery, but they are really cheap and don't seem like a fly by night operation.

    I agree with the others - it sometimes takes a LONG time for their orders to arrive. It's slow but it's cheap and my orders have always shown up eventually albeit sometimes weeks after placing the order.

    I agree. It is coming overseas, and it has to go through customs. If you really wanted your item, maybe you should have chosen the shipping option with insurance.

    You just gotta wait it out. This is the risk you take of ordering from overseas vendors.
    If you honestly believe its lost, and you didn't pay for shipping insurance, all you can do is file a AMEX dispute.

    i agree with the general consensus .. i've ordered from them several times and although shipping does take a little longer, the packages always arrived.

    Sorry you are having a bad experience, but I have placed several orders with them as well, all took about 2 weeks from order to delivery. I have always been happy with the quality of the items as well.

    thanks for posting this, i'm actually considering to order some things from their site as well, and was a little skeptical, but this is really making me thing twice...omg , dude i'm sorry to hear that you didn't recieve your package, yet, but if i do go ahead and buy from them; all i'm saying is INSURANCE INSURANCE INSURANCE...hope you get your stuff soon bro...
