16GB Micro SD cards are out

It has been reported that the 16GB cards are now on sale, source BG Report.
Will these work on my 8310 with 4.5
I think is should work as I had this post saved on my phone which comes from the RIM website

I just need the damn 4.5.x for my 8820 to see the whole 8gb and eventually 16gb :-( I prefer to pick-up sd cards from sandisk b/c I find them the most reliable.

80 bucks is awesome for this. I remember buying a 1gb for 50 bucks when I first got my pearl. My, how technology changes.
