| The specified Intellisync configuration is invalid - Fix Question: After loading the desktop software, I am unable to sync the BB. I get the following error message "The specified Intellisync configuration is invalid" I have reloaded the software from both the disk that was provided and from the RIM website. Answer: Browsed to C:\Documents and Settings\Yourusername\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry and deleted the Intellisync folder. Run the Desktop Manager again and it will recreate the folder and the error message will be gone. |

Hi, I followed your instructions on how to fix the problem but couldnt find the folder or PIN file you specified. Should I unistall and re-install the DM or is there a way I can work around it? Thanks for the help. Morgan |

Uninstalling Desktop Manager is easy, try that first and post back with the results.
