    You can limit what items are synced by using filters. Look in the Configuration Settings of the Sync function of Desktop Manager. I'm not real sure the exact filter you would have to create to prevent just one memo though.

    As Rcbjr said, you can use filters to limit what items are synced. I'm controlling which items get synced from my BB to Outlook by using a filter that only passes items with certain categories. You can also have the filter look for specific text within the title, body, notes, etc.

    dherd1, Welcome to PinStack. This is the method I use also. I have setup a category called BlackBerry. Only Items that have that category checked get transfered either way. And I use it for every Application that I sync. It takes a little longer to set up the Configure Settings, but that is a one time deal and prevents unnecessary transfer of items I don't need on my BB.
