| Synching Folders
Hi, I am a new user. I am using a 7130e. BES server. I can read my e-mail just fine. The problem is that I can view my created folders set up via Lotus Notes, but cannot open the contents on the handheld 7130e. Must be a setting... I could use a little guidance. Thanking you in advance for your help. |

eegrey, Welcome to Pinstack. I'm sorry that I don't have a solution for you, as I am not a BES expert, but I'm sure that one will be along shortly to help. Are the emails in the folders listed and you just can't open them, or is nothing listed? Again, Welcome. Rcbjr. |

| Re: Synching Folders
With BES the folders will appear on your BB but nothing will be in them. They are there so you can put future emails into them as you get them to your BB. If there is a setting I have not been able to find it, and I have asked for a year now. I guess Im glad I have not been able to do this, cuz I have had this email for over 3 years and all my folders are quite full!

Thanks for the answer, and the quick response. I will work on filling the new folders.
