    Question Sync Help, TMobile ruined my pearl!

    Ok, so my 8100 stopped receiving emails, called TMobile and he had me try many things, nothing worked. Then we went to the next issue which was that my phone would not sync to the computer. He told me that I needed to reinstall my software for the phone, told me it would NOT wipe out all my info. Guess what, it did!!! All my contacts, applications, everything. Then he told me that I needed to uninstall the Desktop Manager and reinstall a new version. Now I have all that done and when I go into set up the sync there isn't an option to pull my information from Microsoft Outlook?! What the hell?

    I am at a loss......someone that knows what they are doing, please tell me how to fix this?

    What version of Outlook do you have? If you have Outlook 2000 then it is not supported by Desktop Manager 4.3 or higher.
