Problem with connection to desktop
My client has a BB Pearl (black) from AT&T. We are using Desktop Manager v4.2. When you connect the BB to the desktop it starts syncing then all of a sudden it goes away and Desktop Manager shows the BB as being disconnected. Antother interesting thing is that when Desktop Manager starts up, it flashes Please wait while installing several several times. The OS is Windows XP Pro and we are on a domain and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling while logged in with full admin rights to the machine. Has anybody ever seen anything like this?

By the way I was able to connect it to my laptop without any problems what so ever. I can't even get my own BB to show as connected to the desktop, it does the same thing.
