Take a look in Outlook Calendar at My Calendars and make sure there is not multiple calendars listed (archive does not count). Also on the main Outlook menu try File > Data File Management and make sure there are no other folders listed.

Couple things I would like to try now....

On your device please check the settings OPTIONS>Advanced>Default Services

What is listed for Calendar (CICAL)? And what options are available to select? (Please select the primary email addy you use in outlook)

    IF THAT DOES NOT HELP
Next I would like to clear your calendar data base on your device (if you dont have anything important in it - if you do back up first)

    DM> Back up> Advanced
Scroll down to Calendar(ALL) and Clear

I think that will fix it. It is prompting me to add all my Birthdays and appointments that I had on my Outlook..
