    not syncing correctly

    I have appts on my bb that match the time on my outlook calendar but when I run sync it shows they are updating from handheld to outlook to an hour before they are supposed to be. I tried to edit the change by clicking on details but no luck. any ideas?

    Sounds like you need to update your operating system. What is your device and OS version (OPTIONS-ABOUT)?

    Your device operating system does support the current DST settings, so that should not be your problem...Please check and make sure that the time zon on your desktop calendar and the time zone on your BB are IDENTICAL. Let me know what you find.....

    Both are on central standard and its only like 5 appts. Most of my appts match up, but these same 5 each time will not. I guess I could delete them from my phone and see what happens when they sync.

    I'm having the same problem with mine except that a few appointments show up one hour later on my BB. I have verified that both the Desktop, Outlook and BB are all on the same timezone (GMT offset and description) and that the appot's with the problem show the same time zone on both platforms.

    Did you check timezone settings both on-device and on-computer? Do they match?

    Yes, the time zones match across the BB, the computer and Outlook 2003. The GMT offset matches and the TZ Name/description also matches.

    Outlook allows for multiple timezones in addition to a main one that matches the computer time - but can be different if one chooses.
