    No Media Manager

    Hello,

When I connect my Blackberry Curve 8310 - ATT and open my Desktop Manager, I don't have a Media option to view songs, pictures, videos, etc. I also cannot access them through My Computer as a storage device. Any ideas? Thanks!

Edit: I'm running 4.2.2.14 for DM and 4.2.2.170 for Handheld

I don't know. Is that an option under Settings > Media Card? If it is, I don't see it. My Media Card Support is set to ON, Encryption Mode= NONE, Mass Storage Mode Support= ON and Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected is set to PROMPT.

I'm running XP also. I tried the enable mass storage to YES already and no luck. I'm going to reinstall DM to see if that works.

I'm thinking no and that was my problem. I just downloaded the most recent DM and it works fine now. Thanks for everyone's help!
