You have to tell Desktop Manager to let you pick the Outlook profile every time it's synchronizing (instead of using a fixed one). Then it should go just fine.

Can both devices be synced using the same pc account ? Or should I define 2 pc accounts and share Outlook pst-files ?
    Thanks!

I will have up to 4 BB's on one PC soon. It should work without creating profiles.

It will work. My wife and I do it. Just make sure that "conflicts" are resolved with the pc information. This will make the pc the "master" calendar and will keep you from accidentally deleting appointments on the pc. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
