    Missing Script?

    Hello all,

New to the forums and the BlackBerry in general.

Just got my 7130e for work. Downloaded (from Verizon) the latest Desktop Manager software and have been trying to install it.

Here's the problem. About 80% of the way through, the installer is looking for a script (RIM_ITAdmin something or other) and the installation rolls back.

I've tried the install with the CD that came with the 7130e and the latest and greatest from Verizon Wireless.

    Any suggestions?

I'm running Windows XP Professional on my work laptop (Dell Latitude D820) and have full administrator rights.

I installed the DM software from the same Verizon site at home and it installed fine. Am I missing something here?

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Re: Missing Script?

    UPDATE!!!

Windows Script 5.6 was all I needed to install. Everything is up and running, yet Verizon hasn't released 4.2 for the phone, so no media manager functions for me.
