Mini opera bookmarks transfer to new 8700g - Help please!

I have to send my 8700g back for a replacement as the trackwheel does not "click" - I've only had this one for two weeks!!!!!

I have saved all my ota links to the memo pad to make life easier for reinstalling, but would like help on transferring the bookmarks from Mini Opera! I have loads to re enter!

I am on OS 4.1 so before you tell me to use device manager, I can't because it's on OS 4.2 which is not released for the 8700g as far as I am aware?

So stackers - is there a work around or do I now spend hours re typing all my shortcuts back onto MiniOpera?

Just backup the BB and reload in the new one
And 4.2 is released for 8700 series
I'm french canadian so I can also help you in french, just PM me
UNLESS it is for a BETA OS, it's at your own risk and I won't support it

Last time I did this (two weeks ago!) I backed up but lost the bookmarks as I did an ota reinstall on mini opera. So is there a desktop transfer for this program which might mean not losing all the stored bookmarks? And can you give me a link to d/l. OS. 4.2 as the last info I had was it was a test version only... Thank you.

I have now upgraded desktop sotftware in the hope that the switch device option will work with the 8700 even though it's on os 4.1.

I'll backup as usual and then do the first half of the device switch over at home but because I'm getting the bb exchanged at work, I won't have the old and new together. I'll have to bring the new one home and later on complete the switch.

Can anyone forsee any problems with a delayed switch over??
