Media Sync- Songs/Playlists NOT selectable gray

Media Sync 1.0.1.6

Phone IS recognized by media sync after about 20 minutes of being connected. Shows all my Music/Podcasts/Playlists/etc, but will nto allow me to select them. The are just 'gray' and not selectable.

Anyone else having or had this problem? Any suggestions BESIDES re-installing (this was done 3 times).

Did you ever get this to work - it is happening to me now and I can't figure it out.

No I did not, just gave up on it, after I found out it was a known problem with RIM...

Hopefully it comes alive and we get an answer!
