How can I create an Icon to launch a URL?

I want to create an application icon that opens up a URL in a browser. Nothing more than simply that.
I downloaded MDS studios and it seems to be more than I need.

Does anyone know how this is done, or which forum this question is better suited to?

    Thanks,
    Ased.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~are you trying to make one like the one you can get for espn.com or mlb.com. Because I would imagine you would need to make an icon, and then write an .jad file for it, to point it in the direction you would want it to go. but I don't know how to write one or I'd help you out. I'd like to find out though

    Here's a great shortcut tool: http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ads/jump/289/5.

You use it once, then esc out and put in your own URL for future use. I love it.

Right on. That's the way. Great tool for your favorite site (like PinChat).

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~what do you mean you use it once, do you just install in on your phone using desktop manager?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~can you make your own icon for it though?

You need to download it via DM, then click on it. Escape out then click again and you can enter any URL you like.

I'm not sure on changing the icon though.
