    Click Cancel
    Click Close

You should see Outlook under the General Tab
    Click Add

    Click OK
Add a new E-Mail Account – Click Next
    Choose – SERVER/POP/IMAP/HTTP – Click Next
Type in the information you wrote down (User Name and SERVER/POP/IMAP/HTTP) – Click Next
    Finish

You should see Outlook and BlackBerry under the General Tab
    Make Sure BlackBerry is Highlighted
    Click Properties
    Click E-Mail Accounts
View or change existing e-mail accounts – Next
Either a Server/POP/IMAP/HTTP Something should come up highlighted
    Click on Change
The information you had typed in from above, should be underlined

Close out of everything, including the Control Panel

Right click on the Start Button on your PC
You should see a folder named Application Data
If you don’t see that folder –
    Click on the Tool Tab
    Click Folder Options
    Click View Tab
Under the “Hidden Files and Folders” Folder
Make sure it’s clicked on “Show Hidden Files & Folders”
    Click OK
Click on Research in Motion Tab
    Click on BlackBerry Folder
    Click on Intellisync
Delete all folders under the Intellisync File
    Close out that window

    Open Desktop Manager
    Open Intellisync
    Click – Configure PIM
Highlight the checked Address Book – Choose
    Click Options
You should see a drop down box with Outlook showing up first,
Click on the drop down box and click on BlackBerry so that it is highlighted
    Click OK

Follow this for Tasks, Address Book, & Calendar.

Once all of the profiles are under the new BlackBerry profile, everything should work and synch once you click on Synchronize PIM.

My Desktop Manager IS CRASHING every time I try to sync - given the windows error etc... I have gone through all of the suggested "workarounds" on RIMs website (that I am aware of) and had no luck... so I started to try the above and got all the way to the configure PIM part and as soon as I click Outlook the whole program shuts down!!!!

I have almost had and am about tho throw this thing across the room!

    ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!
