    Question Enterprise Activation in Error

I apologize in advance is this is not the correct forum.

The other day I uninstalled the desktop manager and when I went to re-install the Desktop Manager I accidentally clicked Enterprise server. I do not have an Exchange Server since I installed the Desktop Manager on my personal computer. The problem is now I am receiving hundreds of emails that state "This message is used to carry data between the Blackberry handheld and an associated server...." and they wont stop it has been 7 days now.

I have uninstalled the manager again and then re-installed with with just internet email option but the messages will not stop. I have tried contacting RIM but that was a joke; I have searched the internet but can not locate anything. Can anyone please help me make this stop?

Are you using DM to synch with Outlook? if so, then you would choose BIS.

you could unistall 4.2 and just go with 4.3 as well

j_llama thank you for replying. I truly hate to bother you but I need a little more clarification. DM means Desktop Manager right? I keep seeing this BIS BES everywhere but I dont know exactly where that is, can you assist me with that. Again I am truly sorry to have to bother you but I just want to go back to the way things were last week when I was not getting hundreds of emails an hour.

    thanks
