    Question Desktop / Vista / Bluetooth Sync Problem

    Hi there,

    I am running Windows Vista Business, BB Desktop Software 4.2.1.9 (4.2 SP1), Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba v5.0, and I have a BlackBerry 8707g. The computer I'm using is a Sony VAIO VGN-FE45G.

    When I try to sync using USB, I get the error "BlackBerry Desktop Manager has stopped working."

    I can't get the BT sync to work because the check box under Bluetooth Settings entitled "Enable Bluetooth support" and button Configure Bluetooth are both greyed out.

    Can anyone please help?! This is so unbeleivably frustrating! A solution to either one would solve the same problem!
