    Question Desktop Manager won't fully connect

    I've had my BB Pearl since Nov 2006 and have had no problems up until now. Desktop Manager is running on XP (which it always has) and the 'status' when the program is opened (and phone NOT connected yet) says 'Disconnected.' I plug the phone in, it properly recognizes the PIN, the status changes to 'Working,' but never changes over to 'Connected.'

    Again, I've had zero problems with this until this week - now I'm unable to sync Outlook, backup files, etc. Any ideas? Thank you!

    I'd try to pull the battery in the phone first. This will re-set it. If that doesn't work, let me know.
