Question Desktop Manager via Bluetooth inop

Hello, I have seen threads in this but no solutions. I have a Dell E1505, BB 8310, runnING Rogers 4.5 OS, 4.7 deatop manager and a toshiba bluetooth stack. I have the computer seeing the BB and connected but destop manager will not connect, it keeps saying it can not find a device... I have reinatlled each piece of software individually with no luck, I did notice the the Destop Manager is not listed in the services list on my BB, not sure if that is the problem or how to fix it if it is.

I am really starting to loose faith with BB, is the iphone the answer?

    Please help if you can,

    James

    James,

Since there are several steps & potential corrections involved in this, rather than fill up this thread I am going to post the link to a fairly lengthy Blackberry Knowledge Base article on this. After you have had a chance to review it post back any specific questions and we will try to help.

    Thanks Garry,

I did go through the link you sent and still no luck. I got adventurous and deleted the Toshiba bluetooth stack. Windows installed their generic stack and success !!!!
