    Desktop Manager not Accepting Password

    User changed password on device. When user connected device to PC, Desktop Manager prompted for password prior to synching but when user entered in new password, password was rejected. So now the Desktop Manager and Device are not in synch as far as the password is concerned. Anyway around this without wiping and reactivating? Reinstalling the latest DM and device software had no affect. Thanks.

    Did the user try entering the old password into the DM?
