Desktop Manager - Auto shut down after sync with Outlook 2003

    Hi everyone,

I tried to help my user to sync Outlook 2003 calendar to her BB 8700C. However, it's either freeze after it finished counting all the appointments or desktop manager just shut down by itself. After the shut down, the screen from the bb still shows device connected with desktop. I have to manually unplug it. When I checked the calendar, it's nothing updated at all. I will be appreciated if someone can point me to the correct direction, so I can fix it.

    Thanks.

    Ricky

Check the Log in Desktop Manager Sync Config click the View Log button. Look for errors in the Calendar sync. Use that to try to figure out what event is causing the problem. It usually has to do with an attachment in an event or a recurring event without an end date.

    Hope this helps
