    Desktop Manager 4.2.1 Not Working

    I have a BB8100 Pearl and last week it started putting up that it cannot synch (after getting through most of the synch and files). I unistalled the Desktop manager and re-installed several times. I even cleaned out the registries per instructions on this site. I can launch Desktop Manager, and it says it is working, but I cannot select any of the icons (such as synch), and the "Connection Settings" are grayed out. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I'm on XP, Service Pack 2 and Outlook 03, SP2.

    This seems to be working now after doing clean uninstall and re-boot of BB8100.
