Having installed the Blackberry Desktop (4.6) on an IBM T43 results in a 10-15 minute boot time. I have disabled Norton, but no avail. The BB Desktop has been uninstalled and all is back to normal. A second try resulted in the same results. Does anyone have any suggestions?<br />

That's really strange - I think it installs as a startup service, so have a look for this using:
Start --> Run --> "msconfig", then go to Startup tab, and remove Blackberry stuff.

You might still have a wait when you start up the Desktop Manager itself, but hopefully your boot time isn't affected.
