Application Loader wants to downgrade
I have a bunch of apps that I want to install to my 8320, but when I start up the Application Loader (v 4.6) and try to install new apps, the Loader wants to downgrade other apps that I have upgraded since installing them with the Loader. If I uncheck the box next to the app the Loader wants to downgrade, it removes the particular app.
Is there any way to install these apps without going through the Loader? If not, is there a way to get the Loader to just ignore my upgrades instead of just giving me the option to downgrade or remove?
What version of the OS do you have installed on your computer, and what version of the OS is installed on your Curve?
I have Windows XP SP3 and Curve OS is 18.104.22.168.
I figured it out. I just removed the .alx files from the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\8320-v22.214.171.124_P126.96.36.199" directory temporarily.
