Having to pay for a MP3 copy of a message that was left on my phone. THe company that hosts the voicemail for verizon wants over $40.00 for an MP3 copy of a message.

Transcription integrated into visual voicemail would be great. YouMail is getting better! Keep up the good work.

YouMail is just voicemail. Its not a new phone number that you use. You still use your current phone number but instead of using your carrier's VM service you use YouMails. Which is much better and more customizable. I really like the service and has helped get rid of telemarketing calls. And has some really fun greetings you can use for friends/family/co-workers/etc...

Not being able to choose which voicemail to listen to. It is difficult to find the right one, especially when you save old voicemails. It's nice that YouMail let's you quickly pick which VM you want to listen to.

Number one pet peeve about cell phone voicemail?

Having to spend time listening to the whole voicemail only to realize nothing in it is important enough to have spent time listening to.
