hopefully it'll be a bigger pic than the one that i have now. it takes up like, 1/4737 of the screen when calling. does anyone know how to make the caller id pic bigger than the default? or is it theme driven? |

You have to go on facebook on your computer add the application. Then you get your pin. Follow the steps and have the application open on your phone when you press sync. I just downloaded it. I am still receiving pictures. I will play with it real quick and report back. |

Alright just played with it for a few seconds. But quick run down. I thought adding this app was pretty straight forward once you figure out where to get your pin. I was pretty surprised how well it matched up my friends and facebook people. I only had to manual add 4 people because their last names were misspelled in my phone. This was done pretty fast and easy. The application just grabs your friends profile picture and matches it up with their address book entry. You are still able to go into your address book and replace/delete photos of people. Only complaint is it didnt grab all of my friends photos. I had about 12 entries where the application failed to grab the photo before I sync'd up. This kind of annoys me, but whatever. Defiantely worth a look if your into having people's picture pop up and a ton easier/faster than putting them in yourself. Overall not bad, kind of fun. Still needs a few tweaks. *Important Edit: Forgot to mention, when you get an incoming call the pic pops up with like a black vringo frame around the picture. I really don't like this but understand why it's there. -> Cinematicmatt - no the photos are still annoyingly small. I would also like to know if there is a way/theme that makes them larger. Only real question I have and can't seem to find an answer to is; does this application automatically update photos of people when they change their profile picture or do I have to resync? I am assuming resync which is fine will most likely just do this once a week to stay fresh. Last edited by matt0810; 05-27-2008 at 11:47 AM. |

I like this.. It's very nice, it matched up my facebook friends very nicely. I had to match up manually about 4-5 friends, other than that its pretty cool! |
