    Issues to be resolved by the first OTA update - December, week 1:
    • If a customer receives a call while listen to music at low volume using a wired headset, the music volume may suddenly increase to the highest level (!). Interim recovery instructions: Lower the volume using the buttons on the side of the handset.
    • When using voice-activated dialing, incoming audio may be muted. Interim recovery instructions: Enter the menu and select “Activate Handset or Speaker”.
    • The handset may reset itself while sitting idle or while using multimedia applications. No interim recovery instructions provided.

    It resets itself that's what really bugs me. And the phone not ringing sometimes.

    im a professional blackberry user where heck is the fix for lag problems in web broswer like typing fields the keyboard lags a second or two behind thats the major problem for me i dont get it why sms and emails are running smoothly not in the web broswer??

    I have not had any of those issue yet as far as resetting and the other issues listed. I had a lag issue but fixed it by deleting vz nav and visual voice
    great unit so far!

    anyone has in broswer issue typing in field typing lags even though i deleted vzw nagivator and visual mail and tap is 100 and hovering is 100 and swipe is 6 kinda stupid to delete those features isnt it i dont see ahy firmware update that will resolve it so might have go back to bold

    This one made me bury my face in my hands:
    • Sometimes entering characters on the virtual keyboard doesn’t work. Interim recovery instructions: Re-select the character.
    Who has to be told that? Isn't that a normal thing? If the button doesn't work, try it again.

    It sounds as if a child wrote those "problems" and "fixes"...not impressed at all with the lack of quality blogs that have been popping up. Very unimpressed...did the adults go on vacation leaving their 10 year olds to keep the blogs going?
    Color---it's nothing but a hue of the rainbow...why do people place such importance in it?

    No, just playing w/their toyz. -lol! I agree, very poor blog by BGR. I thought I would be getting a better idea of the fixes-to-come.
